Our story begins in 1986 where Elettronica Ravennate company is founded by the collaboration and inventiveness of the two constituent partners.

The main objective of the newly established company is the design and production of electronic equipment for industrial automation.

From the initial productions dedicated to boards for the industrial laundry sector,

the company's customer base has evolved, growing mainly in the packaging industry.

In 1995 the headquarters of Elettronica Ravennate was moved to a larger building, going from 60 to 180 square meters of production area. Building that has expanded more and more until it reaches over 1000 square meters today.

Three years later "Elettronica Ravennate snc" changes business name and becomes "ER Elettronica srl" with share capital of Euro 101.400,00 fully paid.

In the early 2000s in conjunction with the study of new projects, the customer base and the sectors covered were further expanded.

Warehouses and dedicated lines have been set up for new projects that range in many areas: the electromedical, the fitness, the industrial automation, the food industry and the electric mobility.

Over the years, various custom devices have been designed and manufactured to meet specific customer requirements.  

 

Continuing with the renewal process of equipment and machinery, a second wave solder line with lead free tin was installed.

The smd assembly department has also been updated repeatedly over the years, until today it has a pick and place machine capable of positioning up to 13,000 components per hour.

Currently ER Elettronica has more than 30 active customers.

The constant commitment, the experiences and the positive applications have allowed a continuous growth of the company both professionally and economically.​
